Vim to Support Privia Care Partners’ Providers with Innovative Technology at the Point of Care

Vim Connect platform will drive enhanced value-based care operations across multiple EHRs and diverse practice environments.

NEW YORK, September 14, 2022 – Vim, the leading point-of-care connection platform for U.S. healthcare, today announced an agreement with Privia Health to make Vim’s EHR-integrated provider enablement technology platform available to the Privia Care Partners’ participating provider network.

Vim will provide point-of-care enablement technology for Privia’s participating provider network, Privia Care Partners, in multiple markets across a diverse Electronic Health Record (EHR) footprint. In the Privia Care Partners deployment, Vim will provide its context-aware, read-write capable applications for high-value referral selections, quality score performance, and suspected diagnosis review. Vim will also provide access to its platform’s underlying EHR connectivity to deliver Privia’s custom application as an additional module alongside Vim’s applications.

“We are deeply committed to ensuring our providers have the tools and support they need to thrive under value-based care models and provide the highest quality care to their patients,” said Mark Foulke, Executive Vice President of Transformational Value-Based Care, Privia Health. “With Vim Connect, our Privia Care Partners’ providers will gain a valuable resource that works within their existing EHR to surface gaps in care while reducing administrative burden and driving improved performance in value-based care operations across diverse practice environments.”

This agreement underscores Vim’s focus on advancing healthcare technology performance through strategic partnerships with organizations that reward value and are provider and patient-centric in their approach. “We’re honored to be a provider enablement technology partner to Privia Care Partners, said Oron Afek, co-founder and CEO at Vim. “This partnership demonstrates the power of our platform in helping the most progressive healthcare organizations in the country to grow value-based care programs through EHR-integrated provider enablement technology.”

Scalability and provider engagement are key priorities for both organizations. Vim’s solution makes it simple and fast for providers to connect and then embeds enhanced data and process support into existing EHR workflows to drive measurable performance.
